Lyons x Luke x My Prefrontal Cortex

They say your prefrontal cortex is not fully developed until the age of 25. I'd like to think this is true because I blame alot of my poorly made decisions on my underdeveloped prefrontal cortex. 

One of these decisions was  thinking it would be alright to wear a skirt in -10˚ F weather.
